Krakow is a year-round destination, but each month offers a distinctly different experience.

MARCH: spring teaser. Temperatures rising (3-10C) but unpredictable. Crowds still low. Good for: shoulder-season value, Easter (if it falls in March).
APRIL: spring arrives. Cherry blossoms in the Planty, cafe terraces reopening (12-18C). Easter celebrations if in April. Good for: pleasant walking weather, moderate crowds, spring festivals.
