Luxury Krakow: A Premium 3-Day Experience

Michelin dining, five-star suites, and the exclusive side of Poland's royal city.

Krakow's luxury offerings are extraordinary value compared to Western European capitals — a Michelin-starred tasting menu costs less than a main course at many London restaurants.

STAY: Hotel Stary (boutique five-star in a 15th-century building, from 1500 PLN/night), Hotel Copernicus (Renaissance palace at the foot of Wawel, from 1800 PLN/night), or Bachleda Luxury Hotel (new ultra-luxury with highland Polish design, from 1500 PLN/night).

DAY 1:
Morning: private guided tour of Wawel Castle (including normally restricted areas — arrange through your hotel concierge). Lunch at Fiorentina in Hotel Copernicus.
Afternoon: Czartoryski Museum (Leonardo's "Lady with an Ermine") with a private art historian guide. Spa treatment at Hotel Stary's medieval cellar spa.
Evening: Dinner at Bottiglieria 1881 (Michelin-starred tasting menu, ~600 PLN per person with wine pairings).

DAY 2:
Morning: private car to Wieliczka Salt Mine with VIP access (skip the main tourist route for the exclusive Miners' Route). Champagne lunch in the underground salt chamber.
Afternoon: return to Krakow. Bespoke shopping — Polish amber jewelry at Boruni on the Main Square, contemporary Polish art at selected Kazimierz galleries.
Evening: Dinner at Copernicus Restaurant rooftop terrace (seven courses with Wawel Castle views). Cocktails at High Note Sky Bar.

DAY 3:
Morning: helicopter transfer to Zakopane (45 minutes vs. 2 hours by car). Lunch at a mountain restaurant. Cable car to Kasprowy Wierch.
Afternoon: return to Krakow. Final shopping.
Evening: farewell dinner at Kawaleria (Michelin-recommended, open kitchen). Private vodka tasting at Starka.

Total budget: approximately 15,000-25,000 PLN per couple for 3 nights — a fraction of equivalent luxury in Paris or London.
