Traveling doesn't mean abandoning your fitness routine. Krakow offers excellent options for staying active.
RUNNING ROUTES:
1. Planty Loop (4 km) — the flat, shaded path circling the Old Town. The most popular short run in the city.
2. Vistula Boulevards (2-15 km) — flat riverside paths in both directions. Run south toward Tyniec for the longest stretch.
3. Blonia Meadow (2-3 km loops) — soft grass, flat terrain, mountain views on clear days.
4. Wolski Forest (5-15 km trails) — hilly forest trails for trail runners. Varied surfaces, quiet, beautiful.
5. Krakus Mound loop (3 km) — a short but hilly route in Podgorze with a steep climb to the mound summit.

MultiSport cards (widely used in Poland) grant access to dozens of gyms, pools, and fitness studios across the city. Day passes at most commercial gyms cost 30-50 PLN. Jatomi Fitness and CityFit have multiple locations with modern equipment.
